Sign Solutions started business as K & S Signs in Phillipsburg, KS in the early 90's. Owner, Sherry Gillihan is an accomplished sign painter, graphic and fine artist. She has an Associates of Arts degree in Art from Independence Community College, in Independence, KS. She also attended the Butler Community College, in El Dorado, KS.
